A Safe Space

The first step is creating a safe space so that clients are comfortable to open up and share what is on their minds and in their hearts. A good rapport, confidentiality and a framework for the therapy are foundational for this.

Because of the importance of finding a therapist you feel comfortable with, an initial session can be booked to get a feel for how I work.
How Long is Therapy?

For some, a shorter process (12-18 sessions) is enough to work through a particular issue. For others, working more deeply over a longer period is necessary to address underlying patterns that are no longer helpful. Therapy can also be purely for personal and spiritual development.
Your True Potential

My intention is to help you grow into your full Potential. Through gaining insight into your own internal world you become more skilful in managing your daily life and will have greater compassion for yourself and others.

By becoming more in touch with your own uniqueness, you can start distinguishing between the parts of you that have learnt to adapt to fit in, and the parts that are more authentically you. Through the process of therapy you will begin to hear your own inner voice more clearly so that you can make decisions that are right for you, improve your self-esteem and increase your wellbeing.

Therapy in times of Covid-19

At the moment where possible, I see new clients in person for the first session at my practice. All Covid-19 precautions are strictly adhered to. Thereafter we will work online.
